MCM Freetrack conveyor systems use the standard track components available in the Powertrack range, however instead of fitting a chain powered by a motorised drive unit, free running trolleys (bogies) are inserted into the system from which the product load is suspended. The MCM Freetrack range of conveyor systems are low cost overhead conveyors which utilise the standard track components of the Powertrack enclosed track conveyor systems, however instead of fitting a chain and motorised drive unit, free running trolleys are inserted into the conveyor track from which the product is suspended. These trollies are pushed around the track by hand. A selection of manual or pneumatic switches, rotators, merges, etc., allows conveyor systems to be configured to the client’s specific requirements.
